I finally understand how DNA is sequenced. That was my "eureka!" moment of the week. Thank you, Dr Evans. I feel so much smarter now.
In other news, I'm in school again. It's taking some adjusting to, as it's hard to find the motivation to study and work on homework after having a break from all that, but I'm working on it. I do have one class (MMBio 241--the molecular biology lab) in which I am the only girl, so that's fun. It's a small class (<15 people), but it's still different.
I also moved a few weeks ago, to a little apartment complex across the street from the city library. I'm quite fond of it so far, and I lucked out on roommates. None of us knew each other before we moved in, but we get along well and I like them all.
I'm also supposed to submit the topic of my term paper for my tissue biology class by Friday evening at 5. So far I'm fairly stumped as to what I want to write about. I come up with something I think might be interesting and can't find any research about it. It's frustrating. Any ideas? It basically just has to have something to do with histology, but I need a lot of primary sources. Therein lies the rub.
hope you're enjoying your classes.
love ya!
